·         Treat infants with birth defects

·         Planning treatments before the baby is born

·         Prescribing medicine

·         Provide long term care to premature babies

·         Assist in delivering babies

·         Inform parents of infants health conditions and treatments that are available

Salary:

 $225,000 - $250,000

Education:

Doctoral Degree with special training in pediatrics and neonatology and completing medical school

Reflection:

 I would not like to be a neonatologist. Don’t know why.
